Last night we shared a great experience of attending a local production of August Wilson's last play. It was charming, insightful, and very well acted. The script crackled with rightous anger and frustration. The characters were REAL! As real as Barach Obama is real. Set in 1997 Harmon is a dreamer. His dream is to resurrect his home town, in particular the "Hill." Roosevelt wants to be allowed in the "room" as an equal partner at the table. Would he sell his soul to do so? Will Harmon remain true to his dream? And what about Old Joe? Will this foxy senior citizen save Black Mary's - his mama's home?

Check out the wonderful display of found art in the lobby. Students from two local high schools created the exhibit which explored issues of identity and community.
